Trunk Up, Goodluck, 2025

Trunk Up, Goodluck is a textile work that depicts a mother daughter casually relaxing on the couch. The piece is constructed as a quilt mixing both found fabrics and hand dyed textiles. The couch is covered in plastic reminiscent of our grandmothers couch that many of us grew up with. The work also incorporates hand beading and embroidery.
